How do subscriptions work?

ScoreGPT offers subscription plans that provide access to premium features:

  • Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • You can manage your subscription through your Apple account settings

How do I restore purchases?

If you've previously purchased a subscription and need to restore it on a new device or after reinstalling the app:

  1. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase
  2. Open the ScoreGPT app
  3. Go to the subscription or settings section
  4. Look for a "Restore Purchases" option and tap it

If you're having trouble restoring purchases, contact us at info@scoregpt.app with your Apple ID email and we'll help you restore access.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple account settings:

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone/iPad
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap "Subscriptions"
  4. Find ScoreGPT and tap "Cancel Subscription"

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are handled through Apple. You can request a refund by:

  1. Visiting reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Signing in with your Apple ID
  3. Selecting the purchase and requesting a refund

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account and all associated data:

  1. Email us at info@scoregpt.app with the subject "Account Deletion Request"
  2. Include your user ID or email associated with the account

The app is not loading predictions. What should I do?

Try these troubleshooting steps:

  1. Check your internet connection
  2. Close and restart the app
  3. Update to the latest version from the App Store
  4. Restart your device

How accurate are the predictions?

Our AI models analyze multiple factors to generate predictions, but no prediction system is 100% accurate. Predictions are for informational purposes only and should not be considered as guaranteed outcomes. Always bet responsibly and within your means.
