Please read these terms carefully before using ScoreGPT. By using our app, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ScoreGPT ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Description of Service

ScoreGPT is an AI-powered mobile application that provides:

  • Football match predictions using multiple AI models
  • Betting odds and value bet analysis
  • Statistical insights and match analytics
  • Real-time match updates and predictions

Important: ScoreGPT is an informational tool only. We are not a betting platform, bookmaker, or gambling service. Predictions are provided for informational purposes and are not guaranteed to be accurate.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this App. By using ScoreGPT, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
  • You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • You will not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain and update your account information
  • Keep your account credentials secure
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

5. Subscriptions and Payments

5.1 Subscription Plans

ScoreGPT offers subscription plans with different features and pricing. Subscription details, including pricing and features, are displayed in the App and may change at any time.

5.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of the chosen subscription plan. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your Apple account for renewal fees.

5.3 Free Trials

If we offer a free trial, any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

5.4 Payment Processing

All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. You agree to Apple's payment terms and conditions. We do not store or process payment information directly.

5.5 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for the current period.

5.6 Refund Policy

Refunds are handled according to Apple's App Store refund policy. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact Apple Support or email us at info@scoregpt.app.

5.7 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. Price changes will not affect your current subscription period but will apply to renewals.

6. Disclaimers

6.1 No Guarantees

ScoreGPT provides predictions and analysis based on AI models and statistical data. These predictions are:

  • Not guaranteed to be accurate
  • For informational purposes only
  • Not financial or betting advice
  • Subject to errors and inaccuracies

6.2 Not a Betting Platform

ScoreGPT is not a betting site, bookmaker, or gambling platform. We do not accept bets, process wagers, or handle gambling transactions. You are solely responsible for any betting decisions you make.

6.3 Bet Responsibly

If you choose to use our predictions for betting purposes, please:

  • Bet responsibly and within your means
  • Understand that all betting involves risk
  • Seek help if you develop a gambling problem
  • Comply with all applicable gambling laws in your jurisdiction

6.4 Service Availability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the App will be:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free
  • Available at all times
  • Free from viruses or harmful components
  • Compatible with all devices

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from your use of the App
  • We are not responsible for betting losses or financial damages
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

The App and all content, features, and functionality are owned by ScoreGPT and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the App
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Remove copyright or proprietary notices
  • Use the App for commercial purposes without permission
  • Create derivative works based on the App

9. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or related systems
  • Use automated systems to access the App (scraping, bots, etc.)
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Transmit viruses or malicious code

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, including if you violate these Terms.

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device and cancelling any active subscriptions.

Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the App immediately ceases
  • We may delete your account and data
  • You remain responsible for any charges incurred before termination

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of the Federal Republic of Germany.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

  • Posting the updated Terms on this page
  • Updating the "Last updated" date
  • Sending an in-app notification or email (for significant changes)

Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Apple App Store Terms

13.1 Acknowledgement

These Terms are concluded between you and Nicholas Kruempelmann ("Developer") only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). The Developer, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content.

13.2 Scope of License

The license granted to you for the App is limited to a non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

13.3 Maintenance and Support

The Developer is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the App. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.

13.4 Warranty

In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App.

13.5 Product Claims

The Developer, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims you or any third party may have relating to the App or your possession and/or use of the App, including but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.

13.6 Intellectual Property Claims

In the event of any third-party claim that the App or your possession and use of the App infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, the Developer, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.

13.7 Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

13.8 Third-Party Beneficiary

You acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms of Service, and that upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
